The room we stayed in was spacious and full of natural light, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the bathroom was clean and modern, adding to the overall pleasant experience. the staff members were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast offered a variety of fresh and delicious options, ensuring a great start to the day. the hotel provided free parking and had nearby dining options.
The entrance and hallway could benefit from some renovation and improved lighting.

The hotel failed to meet expectations during New Year's. Despite being advertised as having special festivities, there were no special events organized for the occasion.

Spent Christmas here with my family. Excellent room size and comfortable beds. the breakfast was good and offered different options. Location was perfect for us to explore the nearby areas. We loved the Christmas decorations in the lobby, it was really charming.
We had a very negative experience with the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the sheets and towels, plus some mold in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The junior suite we stayed in was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were impeccable. The breakfast served here was fresh and plentiful, ensuring a great start to our day. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending a nearby restaurant for dinner when the hotel restaurant was closed. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking right outside the hotel. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to this city.
